- Website analytics - pages visited, browser type, device and approximate location, collected through privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics.
- Monitoring data - for devices under an active AMC, we collect technical telemetry (hardware health, software versions, security patch status) strictly to deliver the contracted service. We do not read your business documents or monitor employee activity content.

- To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and onboard new AMC clients.
- To deliver contracted services - scheduling preventive maintenance, resolving tickets and meeting SLAs.

We retain contact and contract data for the duration of our relationship plus the period required by applicable tax, accounting and commercial law. Support ticket records are retained for up to 3 years for service-quality analysis, then deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law (including the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, other applicable US state and federal privacy laws, and the GDPR where applicable), you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
