The team behind your uptime
PhoneDesk AMC has spent over a decade keeping corporate IT environments healthy - one device, one desk, one office at a time.
Started with one toolbox. Built on trust.
Founded in 2013, PhoneDesk began as a two-engineer desktop repair service for offices in the Tampa Bay area. Clients kept asking the same question: "Can you just take care of all of it - permanently?"
That question became our business model. Today we run structured Annual Maintenance Contracts for hundreds of corporate clients, covering everything from employee laptops and corporate mobiles to routers, printers, CCTV and boardroom AV systems - backed by a 24x7 helpdesk and guaranteed response SLAs.
We remain deliberately device-agnostic and vendor-neutral: our only loyalty is to your uptime.
What we stand for
Prevent, Don't Patch
We fix root causes, not symptoms. Most of our work happens before anything breaks - that is the entire point of an AMC.
People You Know
The same engineers and account manager service your site month after month. No anonymous rotating technicians.
Radical Transparency
Per-device pricing, genuine parts, tax-compliant invoicing and open service reports. You always know what you paid for.
SLA or It's Free
We commit response times in writing - and honour service credits when we miss them. Accountability is not optional.
Certified Team
Engineers certified across Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, networking and AV platforms - background-verified before they enter your office.
Growth Partner
We advise on refresh cycles, warranty planning and IT budgets - so your infrastructure grows with your business, not against it.
A helpdesk, a field team and a dashboard - behind every contract
- Single ticketing helpdesk - phone, email and WhatsApp all land in one queue
- Remote-first resolution - most issues closed before an engineer leaves the office
- Zoned field teams - city-based engineers keep onsite SLAs realistic
- Asset intelligence - every device tagged, tracked and health-scored
- Escalation matrix - defined paths from L1 to vendor-level support
